OPatch failed with error code 73

If $ opatch apply fails due to below error:

Then check for /oradba/app/oracle/product/12102/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2015-09-18_00-23-57AM_1.log and if you find below under logs:

       Find the process, kill it and run “opatch apply” again.
